Objective

To create an opulent and visually stunning marketing brochure for a luxury development in Ubud. The brochure aims to capture the essence of the development’s exclusive lifestyle and appeal to discerning buyers.

Concept & Style

The brochure was designed to reflect the sophistication and luxury of the development. Ubud, known for its lush landscapes and cultural richness, provided a beautiful backdrop for the design concept. The aim was to create a brochure that exudes elegance and captures the serene yet luxurious lifestyle offered by the development.

Design Elements

  • Full Bleed Design: The use of full bleed design allowed for images to extend to the edges of the page, creating a seamless and immersive visual experience. This approach helped to emphasize the expansive nature of the property and its surroundings.

  • Foils: Gold and silver foils were used to add a touch of glamour and sophistication. These elements were carefully incorporated into the cover and select interior pages to highlight key features and add a tactile quality to the brochure.

  • Debossing: The cover featured debossed elements, adding depth and texture. This technique created a sense of luxury and refinement, making the brochure not just visually appealing but also a pleasure to touch.

  • UV Gloss Elements: Strategic use of UV gloss added a striking contrast against matte finishes. Glossy elements were used to accentuate photographs of the property, making them stand out and catch the light in a way that draws the reader's eye.

Outcome

The final product was a multi-page marketing brochure that effectively communicated the luxury and exclusivity of the development. The use of high-end printing techniques such as foils, debossing, and UV gloss elements elevated the design, making it not only a marketing tool but also a work of art. This project successfully highlighted the allure of the Ubud development, capturing the interest and imagination of potential buyers.
